Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
1. Keep your sensory calibration sharp through regular recalibration against reference standards
2. Conduct routine testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with established specifications
3. Review and approve quality documentation, inspection reports, and laboratory test results
4. Manage and maintain calibration schedules for quality control equipment and instruments
5. Investigate quality issues, deviations, and non-conformances, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
Qualifications
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Microbiology, or related field
2. At least 5-7 years of experience in QA/QC in related industries
