Responsibilities
- ประสานงานฝ่ายขาย คลังสินค้า โรงงาน และผู้ให้บริการขนส่ง เพื่อวางแผนการใช้รถและจัดส่งสินค้าให้ตรงเวลา
- ตรวจสอบความพร้อมของรถและพนักงาน พร้อมติดตามสถานะการเดินรถผ่านระบบ GPS, MDVR, Ultrasonic
- ตรวจสอบความเร็ว การพักรถ การออกนอกเส้นทาง และการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบความปลอดภัย
- ติดตามงานซ่อมบำรุงเพื่อลดระยะเวลาจอดรถ ตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์อัตราการใช้น้ำมันและระบบ Fleet Card เพื่อป้องกันการทุจริต
- จัดทำรายงานและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล รายวัน/สัปดาห์/เดือน
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาโลจิสติกส์ การจัดการ การขนส่ง หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการวางแผน ควบคุมการขนส่ง หรือบริหารรถขนส่ง อย่างน้อย 1–3 ปี
- มีความรู้ด้านการวางแผนเส้นทางและบริหารผู้รับจ้าง
- หากใช้งานระบบติดตามรถหรือซอฟต์แวร์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น GPS, MDVR, ERP หรือ TMS ได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
