Responsibilities
· Work and collaborate with HORECA Team to support sales process.
· Process orders from HORECA team (BKK/ Pattaya/ Hua Hin/ Chiangmai/ Corporate) and customers via phone/ email/ line/ fax.
· Verify customer order accuracy and monitor order fulfillment.
· Collaborate with other departments & warehouse to ensure efficient operations and timely product delivery.
· Communicate with customers.
· Take care for all HORECA (BKK and up country) Contract.
· Prepare and follow up on any requisition and admin job for HORECA team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields. Independent & results driven.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience sales admin, sales support, coordinator, or related field
- Business English skills.
- Quick learner, High responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
