Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, policies, and licenses across systems (AD, Microsoft 365, Wi-Fi, Firewall, VPN).
- Manage IT assets such as notebooks, computers, mobile devices, ensuring availability, and up-to-date OS/patching/Software and system health to ensure statbility and compliance.
- Maintain and support Active Directory / Email/ Domain (on Cloud).
- Support multiple locations and provide regional coverage as required, including travel when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of IT equipment, meeting rooms, and cabling; provide guidance to users to support optimal IT functionality.
- Liaise with external vendors for advanced technical support, escalation, and services
- Provide technical support and guidance to users and team members to find the root cause of IT problems.
- Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Senior IT Support, System Administration, or related roles.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
- Strong experience with Windows OS, Microsoft 365 administration and AD/Entra ID.
- Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Understanding cybersecurity practices (MFA, endpoint protection, phishing prevention).
- Experience with cloud maintenance is an advantage.
- Strong service mindset, with good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
- Good command in English communication.
