Industrial Engineer (IE) - TPAC PACKAGING (BANGNA) COMPANY LIMITED

Job Description
Responsible for Plant-level Industrial Engineering activities, focusing on optimizing manpower, machinery, space, and resource utilization, as well as analyzing and improving process productivity and overall manufacturing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and develop Manpower Planning in alignment with the Production Plan.
• Determine the appropriate manpower requirements for each production process.
• Conduct Line Balancing analysis and implement improvement actions.
• Analyze Machine Capacity and Machine Utilization.
• Identify production Bottlenecks and recommend solutions to increase production capacity.
• Conduct Time Studies and establish Standard Time for production processes.
• Analyze productivity indicators such as Output per Man-Hour and Production Efficiency.
• Support Production Planning in optimizing manpower and machine allocation.
• Analyze and improve Plant Layout and Material Flow.
• Analyze and control Overtime (OT) and manpower efficiency.
• Lead and support Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement activities.
• Prepare Productivity / Efficiency reports and KPIs for management review.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, HR, Maintenance, and other relevant departments.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience in a Manufacturing or Plastic Manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Manpower Planning, Line Balancing, and Capacity Planning.
• Experience in Time Study / Work Measurement.
• Good knowledge of Productivity, OEE, and Lean Manufacturing.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel, particularly Pivot Tables and Data Analysis.
• Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
• Strong Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
