Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily HSE inspections to ensure compliance with project HSE requirements and Thai safety regulations.
  • Monitor high-risk activities, including lifting operations, work at height, marine works, confined spaces, and temporary structures.
  • Identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts, recommend corrective actions, and follow up on their implementation.
  • Assist in safety inductions, toolbox talks, emergency drills, and HSE training activities.
  • Maintain HSE inspection records, incident reports, and safety documentation.
  • Support environmental protection measures, including waste management, dust, noise, and pollution control.
  • Coordinate with construction teams and subcontractors to promote a safe and healthy working environment.

    • Qualifications

    • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
    • At least 2 years of HSE experience in construction projects.
    • Experience in bridge, highway, marine, infrastructure, or heavy civil construction projects is preferred.
    • Familiar with Thai Occupational Safety laws and international HSE standards (ISO 45001/ISO 14001).
    • Knowledge of risk assessment, Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and incident investigation.
    • Familiar with safety control measures for marine works, lifting operations, work at height, scaffolding, and temporary structures.
    • Good communication and coordination skills.

    Job Summary

    In this role, you will serve as an HSE Technician, focusing on civil and bridge construction projects.
