Responsibilities
- Plan and implement Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) systems for civil construction projects
- Establish and apply quality inspection standards for materials and construction work
- Review and approve construction drawings, work plans, and project quality documentation
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure work meets standards
- Prepare quality inspection reports, corrective action records, and monitor progress
- Train and guide project teams and contractors on quality procedures and standards
- Communicate and present project quality information in English or Chinese
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 5-10 years of QA/QC experience in civil construction projects
- Strong understanding of relevant construction standards and quality requirements
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English, or Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions under complex circumstances
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong quality documentation management skills
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is a plus.
