Responsibilities
- Assist with material inquiries and translate invoices and material settlement documents.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and parcels.
- Oversee material receipt, issuance, and inventory report ledgers, including conducting regular inventory counts.
- Handle contract document management, regular contract settlement, and related administrative tasks.
- Draft, format, proofread, and edit correspondence, translation reports, and other documents.
- Organize and archive physical materials and electronic filing systems for efficient retrieval.
- Provide timely updates to superiors on monthly material receipt, issuance, and inventory status, as well as the cooperation and service status of supply chain partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in English or Chinese, with the ability to communicate fluently as a working language.
