MEP Supervisor (Data Center) - English or Chinese Speaking - CHEC (THAI) CO.,LTD.

In this MEP Supervisor role, you will oversee daily site activities for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection installations. You will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring MEP works to prevent clashes with structural or architectural components. A key part of your role involves conducting thorough quality inspections of workmanship and materials, ensuring strict compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and local building regulations. You will also manage subcontractors and site teams, covering manpower allocation, daily supervision, and progress tracking against project schedules. Furthermore, you will support system testing, pressure testing, commissioning activities, and project handover documentation, while enforcing Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations to ensure all site activities are conducted safely.
