Responsibilities
- Review tender documents, specifications, drawings, and technical requirements.
- Prepare Project Understanding, Construction Methodology, Construction Sequence, Schedule, Resource Plans, Site Layouts, and other proposal sections.
- Develop solutions and technical illustrations for critical works.
- Provide support for clarifications, tender presentations, and technical meetings.
- Support ongoing projects with Method Statement development, Shop Drawing review, design optimization, and technical issue analysis.
- Maintain proposal templates, case studies, and a technical knowledge library.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil, Structural, Bridge, or Geotechnical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to independently review English tender documents, specifications, and drawings.
- Ability to independently prepare major sections of English technical proposals.
- Experience in a design consultancy, engineering consultant, or contractor design department is a plus.
- Highway, structural, bridge, or geotechnical design experience is a plus.
- Experience in technical proposal or methodology preparation is a plus.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant design software is a plus.
- Possession of a Thai Professional Engineer (PE) qualification is a plus.
- Thai nationality is preferred.
- Willingness to be based in Bangkok with required travel.
