Shop drawing (DOH Project)- Chinese or English Speaking - CHEC (THAI) CO.,LTD.

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for preparing shop drawings based on technical specifications and contract drawings to guide on-site construction, ensuring timely submission for approval. You will verify dimensions, elevations, node details, and other relevant information within drawings, incorporating feedback from clients and supervision consultants. You will collaborate with construction management personnel to optimize designs for improved construction feasibility and coordinate design changes with all stakeholders. Additionally, you will design and perform calculations for temporary works based on site requirements. Maintaining regular communication with site engineers is crucial to ensure the consistent use of the latest approved drawings. You will manage drawing version control and organize all CAD files throughout project execution, including archiving and updating as-built drawings and other related documentation, ensuring all drawing preparations are completed ahead of the construction schedule to prevent delays.
