Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer responsible to MOS establishment, material submission and supporting communication and coordination between Chinese contractor technical team and Thai subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and government authorities. This role is focused on local-based&on-site cooperation, technical alignment, and regulation compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
-Responsible to MOS(Menthod of Stage) developement,review and submission.Provide technical guidance for on-site construction and installation.
-Check and find drawing issues and responsible to drawing question clarity document submission.
-Ensure local compliance with Thai electrical codes and regulations(B.E., TIS, MEPS, etc.).
-Support HVAC material and installation inspections and related documentation reviews&submissions.
-HVAC technical related document contral.
-Liaise between Chinese contractor electrical team and Thai local subcontractors, consultants,suppliers and government authorities.
-Translate and clarify technical requirements during the interface phases.
-Assist in coordination meetings, technical clarifications, and submission processes.
-Communicate effectively with Thai authorities regarding permits and inspections.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in mechanical engineering or at a management level.
- Familiar with MEP integration and HVAC-related power systems.
- Knowledge of Data Centers is preferred (not mandatory, but prior experience is a significant advantage).
- Onsite technical experience is highly desirable. At a minimum, a solid understanding of Shop Drawing,material and site installation is required.
- Good understanding of Thai HVAC codes and regulations(B.E., TIS, MEPS, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, dynamic, and proactive.
- Willingness to work on site.
- Must have over 4 years of relevant professional work experience and be under 40 years of age.
