Senior Mechanical Shop Drawing Designer - English or Chinese Speaking - CHEC (THAI) CO.,LTD.

1. Required: Extensive experience in HVAC detailed design. Experience in large-scale water chiller design. Ability to independently review HVAC construction drawings and detailed drawings, and to perform direct design. 

2. Required: Familiarity with Thai local HVAC standards (BE, TIS, MEPS, etc.) and common international HVAC standards (Uptime Tier, ASHREA, NFPA, LEED, etc.). 

3. Bonus Points: Certificate of Excellence in HVAC Engineering (COE) Level II or above from the Institute of Engineers in Thailand. 

4. Bonus Points: Experience in HVAC on-site installation and material procurement; familiarity with construction methods, material approval procedures, and other construction-related document preparation. 

5. Bonus Points: Familiarity with fire protection water systems or HVAC low-voltage electrical control, with relevant work experience.

6. Bonus Points: Extensive on-site design experience. 

7. Bonus Points: Industrial project experience. "

2、4 years and above Working Experience；

3、 Prior experience in the data center industry is preferred. 4、Prior experience working at a well-known Thai electromechanical consulting firm (MITR, Aurecon, Meinhardt, BECA, etc.) is preferred."

1.Proficient in English and can communicate fluently as a working language;  Bonus Points: IELTS, TOEFL, or other certifications; overseas study experience; experience working in a foreign company; overseas work experience.               

2.Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a strong advantage and may substitute for moderate English.
