English & Chinese Translator - CHEC (THAI) CO.,LTD.

Mandatory: Able to assist in coordinating business liaison (with client, consultant, supplier, government authorities), meeting arrangement, business travel arrangement, and contract documents filing and management.

Mandatory: Capable of handling business documentation, able to independently draft Chinese/English/Thai meeting minutes and project briefings, proficient in office software (Excel/Word/PPT/Outlook) and translation tools.

Mandatory: Possess cross-cultural communication and coordination skills, able to resolve communication conflicts between Chinese and Thai parties, deliver information accurately, and support the implementation of business matters.

Preferred: Working experience in international engineering projects or Chinese-funded enterprises in Thailand as a business officer/translator; familiar with the translation logic of engineering business documents (contracts, quotations, technical materials).

Preferred: Capable of supporting business negotiations, able to assist in preparing negotiation materials and recording key points; familiar with the rhythm and customs of local business negotiations in Thailand.

Preferred: Familiar with basic project bidding and tendering procedures, able to assist in preparing tender documents and qualification materials, and coordinate Q&A communication with the tendering party.

Preferred: Basic financial knowledge, able to assist in preliminary review of business expense reimbursement, invoice sorting, payment application coordination and other related tasks."

2、recent graduate is fine, 3 years and above relevant Working Experience is preferred；

3、 Prior experience in the data center industry is preferred."

Mandatory: Fluent in Chinese, English and Thai, able to use the three languages as working languages for proficient oral interpretation (meetings, negotiations), written translation (contracts, technical documents) and cross-cultural business communication.
