HR (Visa & Work Permit Specialist) (English or Chinese Speaking) - CHEC (THAI) CO.,LTD.

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of visa and work permit processes for expatriate employees, covering applications, renewals, and cancellations. You will directly liaise with relevant government authorities, such as the Immigration Bureau and the Department of Employment, to ensure full compliance with local labor laws and immigration regulations. A key part of your responsibilities will involve maintaining accurate records and documentation, as well as providing clear guidance to employees regarding visa requirements and procedures. You will also coordinate effectively with internal departments and external agencies, and provide support for general HR administrative tasks as assigned, leveraging your proficiency in English or Chinese for all communications.
