Responsibilities
1. Handle end-to-end visa and work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations for expatriate employees
2. Liaise with government authorities (e.g., Immigration Bureau, Department of Employment)
3. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and immigration regulations
4. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to visas and work permits
5. Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies
6. Provide guidance to employees regarding visa requirements and processes
7. Support HR administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in visa & work permit processing
- Good understanding of Thai immigration and labor regulations
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Proficient in English or Chinese (Mandarin) for communication (both spoken and written)
