Responsibilities
Job Description
- Develop and implement PQP, PP, ITP, First Article Approval procedures, and quality assurance systems for bridge construction projects.
- Establish quality control points, inspection requirements, and quality management measures for construction activities.
- Prepare safety technical measures, risk assessments, and environmental mitigation plans within construction method statements.
- Monitor quality, safety, and environmental compliance throughout project execution.
- Coordinate inspections, audits, testing activities, and corrective actions with project teams.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Quality Management, Engineering Management, or related fields.
- Experience in road, bridge, marine, hydraulic, or infrastructure construction projects.
- Experience in at least one of the following areas:
- QA/QC systems, PQP, PP, ITP, and quality management for bridge or infrastructure projects.
- HSE management, lifting operations, work at height, marine works, and temporary structures.
- Environmental management and environmental protection measures for bridge or waterway projects.
- Familiar with bridge quality control, prestressing works, concrete durability, geometry/alignment control, and inspection procedures.
- Good communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
- Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Professional Engineering qualifications certified by the Council of Engineers Thailand are preferred.
