Responsibilities
Maintain strong relationships and sales performance with existing customers while proactively identifying and acquiring new customers within the assigned industry.
Plan and execute regular customer visits, and provide timely progress reports on ongoing projects.
Continuously study and understand technical information related to the responsible products in order to provide appropriate solutions.
Provide customers with technical advice and recommendations tailored to their business needs.
Follow up on project developments with customers and monitor relevant market trends and insights.
Handle customer inquiries with a service-minded approach; prepare quotations and all required technical documentation accurately and promptly.
Take responsibility for various activities related to sales operations and customer relationship management.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Perform other duties as assigned that are relevant to sales and customer service functions.
Qualifications
Sales and Marketing position (at least 5 years of experience)
Age preferably 28-40 years
1–3 years of working experience in sales related to industrial products, preferably in industries and department store
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical,Industrial engineer.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or other relevant field
At least 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, public relations, or creating brand image
Is creative with a good personality, perseverance and the ability to think in their feet
Has computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a personal car
Good command of spoken and written English, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to achieving results
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with a professional appearance, attention to detail, enthusiasm, and a strong service mindset
