Responsibilities
- ร่วมจัดทำแผนการดำเนินการขายและเป้าหมายประจำปี และร่วมวางแผนและจัดทำงบประมาณประจำปีของแผนกขายโรงงาน (งบประมาณการบริหารร้านค้า) ให้สอดคล้องกับกลยุทธ์ในการดำเนินธุรกิจ
- จัดทำแผน และตรวจสอบ ติดตามการปฏิบัติการขายในเรื่องต่างๆ ของพื้นที่ที่รับผิดชอบ เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ เช่น ป้ายโฆษณา, น้ำแถม, การตั้งวงเงินยืมร้านค้า, การตรวจสอบอายุลุกหนี้ เป็นต้น
- ร่วมกำหนดแนวทางเพื่อสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้า/คู่ค้าในระยะยาว โดยวิเคราะห์ร้านค้าที่ขายดี หรือ ร้านค้าที่หยุดการซื้อ และกำหนดการเข้าเยี่ยม
- ร่วมกำหนดสายขาย (Route) กับหัวหน้าแผนก โดยนำแผนที่ที่รับผิดชอบในแต่ละสายขายมากำหนดจุดพิกัดร้านค้าที่ต้องการเข้าเยี่ยม เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามกลยุทธ์ที่วางไว้
- บริหารจัดการกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขายต่างๆ ตามช่องทาง และสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ รวมถึงวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลลูกค้าเพื่อความคุ้มค่าในการให้งบประมาณสนับสนุน
- พัฒนาช่องทางการขายใหม่ๆให้เหมาะสมกับพื้นที่และลูกค้า
- ติดตามผลการขายรายวัน รายสัปดาห์ รายเดือน เพื่อจัดทำเป็นรายงานการติดตามยอดขายให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด และจัดทำรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด
Qualifications
- การศึกษา (Education): ปริญญาตรีหรือปวส.(มีประสบการณ์โดยตรง กลุ่มธุรกิจ FMCG) ทุกสาขา
- ประสบการณ์ (Experience): มีประสบการณ์โดยตรง กลุ่มธุรกิจ FMCG ตั้งแต่ 5 ปี ขึ้นไป
- ความรู้และทักษะเฉพาะทาง (Specific knowledge & skill): มีความรู้ด้านการบริหารทีมขาย ในช่องทางการขาย Traditional Trade (TT)
- มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ และสามารถใช้ Microsoft Office ได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี
- สามารถวางแผน จัดการ และพัฒนาศักยภาพทีมให้บรรลุเป้าหมายได้สำเร็จ
