Responsibilities
1 Define and control warehouse operations at Sermsuk Nakhon Ratchasima plant in the areas of receiving, storage, and issuance of raw materials, packaging, finished goods, returnable containers, and marketing materials to ensure compliance with quality standards, timelines, and accounting systems through the use of a warehouse management program.
2 Establish and control the proper and efficient utilization of material handling equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, and hand lifts.
3 Manage and maintain assets to ensure they are in good and ready-to-use condition.
4 Allocate adequate and appropriate manpower for daily operations.
5 Supervise and assign the recording of activities related to receiving, storage, and issuing through the warehouse management system effectively.
6 Develop personnel plans for the warehouse department and promote efficient resource utilization without causing environmental impact, in line with sustainability initiatives such as DJSI and TIS 9999.
7 Be responsible for continuous process improvement by encouraging participation through TPM activities to support and align with the company’s business expansion.
8 Ensure warehouse operations are aligned with departmental goals and objectives.
9 Propose and control expenditures to comply with departmental budgets effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management , business administration , warehouse management , accouting or other relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, distribution, or supply chain operations
- Strong knowledge and understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, issuance of raw materials, packaging, consumables, returnable containers, and finished goods, as well as effective maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities
- Knowledge of international quality standards and relevant legal regulations
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong skills in work planning, coaching, task delegation, and progress monitoring
- Proficiency in ERP systems and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Proficiency in using RF Scanners
- Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office applications
- Good command of English in speaking, writing, and reading
- Strong presentation skills with a professional approach
- Budgeting and cost management skills
- Systematic thinking and sound decision-making skills
- Knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) systems
