Responsibilities
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ (Job Responsibilities)
1.กำหนดแนวทางและนโยบายการปฏิบัติการขาย เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
2.ให้คำปรึกษาและกำกับดูแลกระบวนการขายให้รัดกุม โปร่งใส และตรวจสอบได้ ตั้งแต่การเบิก–ตรวจนับ–ส่งสินค้า
3.วิเคราะห์ความต้องการสินค้า และจัดทำสรุปความต้องการสินค้าประจำเดือนให้หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
4วางแผนและกำหนดแนวทางการบริหารความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าและคู่ค้า เพื่อสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระยะยาว
5.กำหนดและสื่อสารนโยบายกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย ให้สอดคล้องกับกลยุทธ์การขายและการตลาด
6.วางแผนและดำเนินกิจกรรมการขาย การตลาด และประชาสัมพันธ์ เพื่อกระตุ้นยอดขายตามเป้าหมาย
7.บริหารและพัฒนาช่องทางการขายตามกลยุทธ์ขององค์กร (TT, Wholesale,ADR)
8.กำกับดูแลและตรวจสอบยอดขายและรายได้ในทุกช่องทางอย่างถูกต้องและรัดกุม
9.บริหารจัดการกระบวนการทำงานและเอกสารของหน่วยงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
10.พัฒนาและบริหารบุคลากร กำหนดเป้าหมาย ตัวชี้วัด ติดตามผลการทำงาน และส่งเสริมการพัฒนาศักยภาพของทีม
Qualifications
- สำเร็จการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรีหรือปริญญาโท
- มีประสบการณ์โดยตรง ตั้งแต่ 10 ปี ขึ้นไป
- สามารถเดินทางต่างจังหวัดได้
- สามารถขับรถได้ มีใบขับขี่
ดูแลพื้นที่ ภาคอีสานตอนล่าง 6 สาขา
Base Location : โรงงานนครราชสีมา
