Responsibilities
1. ตรวจสอบการรับสินค้าสำเร็จรูป, ภาชนะหมุนเวียนให้ถูกต้องตรงตามระบบบัญชีที่มาจากภายในและภายนอกโรงงาน
2. ตรวจสอบการจัดเก็บสินค้าสำเร็จรูป,ภาชนะหมุนเวียนให้ถูกต้องตรงตาม Location และ Condition การจัดเก็บให้พี่สภาพสมบูรณ์พร้อมใช้งาน
3. ตรวจสอบการจัดเตรียมและการจ่ายสินค้าสำเร็จรูป, ภาชนะหมุนเวียนให้ถูกต้องตรงตาม เอกสารการใบกำกับการจัดส่งสินค้า รวมถึงกำหนดการจอดรถในจุดที่กำหนดโดยมีอุปกรณ์ ความปลอดภัยที่ครบถ้วนและตรวจสอบสภาพรถขนส่งให้มีความพร้อมสำหรับการบรรทุกสินค้าสำเร็จรูปทั้งในด้านความสะอาดความปลอดภัยและสิ่งแวดล้อม ตามระบบคุณภาพเช่น GHP, HACCP, FSSC, Halal, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO22000, มอก.9999, NSF ตามนโยบายบริษัท ข้อกำหนดของลูกค้าและกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
4. รวบรวมสินค้าให้เป็นหมวดหมู่ มีการชี้บ่งที่ชัดเจน และตรวจนับสินค้าสำเร็จรูป, ภาชนะหมุนเวียนให้ถูกต้องกับระบบบัญชี (SAP) ตามความถี่ที่กำหนด ได้แก่ ประจำวัน, ประจำสัปดาห์, ประจำเดือนและประจำปีร่วมกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
5. ปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างาน
Qualifications
1. อายุ 23 ปีขึ้นไป
2. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวส. สาขาการจัดการโลจิสติกส์, บัญชี, คอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านสินค้าคงคลัง
4. มีความรู้ด้านระบบ ERP เช่น SAP หรือโปรแกรมการบริหารคลังสินค้า (WMS)
5. มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้
6. มีทักษะด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ (Microsoft Office) ได้ดี
7. สามารถทำงานเป็นผลัดได้
