Responsibilities
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานราชการเพื่อดำเนินการขออนุญาตต่าง ๆ ทั้งในกรุงเทพฯ ปริมณฑล ชลบุรี และต่างจังหวัด
- จัดเตรียม ตรวจสอบ และยื่นเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง พร้อมติดตามความคืบหน้าการพิจารณาและการออกใบอนุญาต
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับกระทรวงพาณิชย์ในการขอคัดสำเนาเอกสารนิติบุคคล และดำเนินการจดทะเบียนแก้ไขข้อมูลบริษัทและสาขา
- ประสานงานกับสำนักกฎหมายและหน่วยงานภายในเพื่อให้การดำเนินงานด้านเอกสารและสัญญาเป็นไปอย่างถูกต้อง
- จัดทำและบริหารหนังสือสัญญาค้ำประกัน รวมถึงการวางและรับคืนหนังสือค้ำประกัน
- ตรวจสอบและประสานการจัดทำสัญญา รวมถึงสัญญาเช่าและสัญญาว่าจ้าง พร้อมดำเนินการแก้ไขและติดตามการลงนาม
- ประสานงานและอำนวยความสะดวกแก่เจ้าหน้าที่ภาครัฐในการเข้าตรวจสถานที่
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขานิติศาสตร์
- มีประสบการณ์ 1-2 ปี ในการติดต่อหน่วยงานภายนอก เช่น หน่วยงานราชการ
- มีความเข้าใจในธุรกิจ (Specific business knowledge)
- หากมีคะแนนภาษาอังกฤษ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
