Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
งานสื่อสารองค์กร (Corporate Communication)
• วางแผนและดำเนินกลยุทธ์สื่อสารทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กรเพื่อเสริมภาพลักษณ์บริษัท
• จัดทำข่าวประชาสัมพันธ์ สคริปต์ผู้บริหาร งานพรีเซนเทชัน และสื่อสื่อสารต่าง ๆ
• ดูแลและบริหารเนื้อหาบนเว็บไซต์และโซเชียลมีเดียของบริษัท
• ประสานงานจัดงานองค์กร การประชุมผู้ถือหุ้น การประชุมฝ่ายขาย และกิจกรรม CSR
• จัดทำรายงานประจำปีของบริษัท (Annual Report)
• สนับสนุนกิจกรรมสร้างความผูกพันภายในองค์กรและโครงการสปอนเซอร์
การจัดการประเด็นและสถานการณ์วิกฤต (Issue / Crisis Management)
• ดูแลและจัดการข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้าผ่านหลายช่องทาง พร้อมติดตามให้ปิดเคสได้อย่างเหมาะสม
• ประสานงานกับฝ่าย QC กฎหมาย และฝ่ายขายทั่วประเทศเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาเกี่ยวกับสินค้า
• ดูแลเคสความเสี่ยงสูงที่เกี่ยวข้องกับหน่วยงานกำกับดูแล สื่อ หรือการดำเนินการทางกฎหมาย
สื่อมวลชนสัมพันธ์ (Media Relations)
• สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับสื่อมวลชน
• จัดการข่าวประชาสัมพันธ์และเผยแพร่ข้อมูลข่าวสารขององค์กรและแบรนด์
• สนับสนุนการตอบข้อซักถามจากสื่อและประสานการขอข้อมูลต่าง ๆ
• ติดตามข่าวสื่อและประเมินประสิทธิภาพของการสื่อสาร
Qualifications
Qualifications
• ปริญญาตรีด้านโฆษณาและประชาสัมพันธ์ การสื่อสารมวลชน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ทำงานที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างน้อย 5 ปี
• มีความรู้รอบด้าน พร้อมเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ยอดเยี่ยม
• สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
