Responsibilities
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
1. วางกลยุทธ์และดำเนินกิจกรรม Trade Marketing สำหรับช่องทาง TT และ CVM เพื่อสนับสนุนยอดขายและสร้างการรับรู้แบรนด์
2. พัฒนาและบริหารสื่อส่งเสริมการขาย (POSM) และกิจกรรมทางการตลาดให้เป็นไปตามแผนและงบประมาณ
3. ติดตาม ตรวจสอบ และประเมินผลการดำเนินงานของกิจกรรมในพื้นที่ พร้อมวิเคราะห์ผลลัพธ์เพื่อพัฒนาแผนงาน
4. ลงพื้นที่สำรวจตลาด ติดตามความเคลื่อนไหวของคู่แข่ง และค้นหาโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่
5. ประสานงานกับทีม Sales, Marketing และ Agency เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
6. จัดทำและติดตามรายงานงบประมาณ ผลการดำเนินงาน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลตลาดเพื่อสนับสนุนการวางแผน
7. ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
1. ปริญญาตรี / ปริญญาโท ด้านการตลาด บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Trade Marketing โดยสามารถวิเคราะห์ตัวเลข, รวมถึงสามารถคิดรายการส่งเสริมการขาย (Trade program) ไม่ต่ำกว่า 4 ปี
3. มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์และต่อยอดข้อมูล
4. มีความรู้และ/หรือทักษะ การขาย & Execution at the store level
5. เข้าใจธุรกิจ FMCG เป็นอย่างดี และมีความรู้, ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการขาย และ การตลาดเป็นอย่างดี
