Responsibilities
- วางแผนและจัดทำโปรแกรมส่งเสริมการขายในช่องทาง TT & CVM
- กำหนดกิจกรรมให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายยอดขายและงบประมาณ
- ควบคุมและติดตามการดำเนินกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขายให้เป็นไปตามแผน
- ตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติงานของทีมขายในพื้นที่ และประเมินผลกิจกรรมเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ
- พัฒนา POSM และสื่อ ณ จุดขาย เพื่อกระตุ้นการซื้อและสร้างการรับรู้แบรนด์
- ดูแลให้การติดตั้งและใช้งานสื่อเป็นไปตามแนวทางที่กำหนด
- ลงพื้นที่สำรวจร้านค้า เพื่อหาโอกาสทางการขายและติดตามผลการดำเนินงาน
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลตลาด คู่แข่ง ราคา โปรโมชั่น และสินค้าใหม่ (NPD)
- ประสานงานระหว่าง Marketing, Sales, Partner และ Agency
- สนับสนุนโปรแกรมและกิจกรรมในช่องทาง TT & CVM เพื่อเพิ่มยอดขายและกำไร
- ติดตามงบประมาณ Accrued และค่าใช้จ่ายของกิจกรรม
- วิเคราะห์และรายงานผลการดำเนินงาน พร้อมเสนอแนวทางปรับปรุงกิจกรรมในอนาคต
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี / ปริญญาโท ด้านการตลาด บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Trade Marketing โดยสามารถวิเคราะห์ตัวเลข, รวมถึงสามารถคิดรายการส่งเสริมการขาย (Trade program) ไม่ต่ำกว่า 4 ปี
- มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์และต่อยอดข้อมูล
- มีความรู้และ/หรือทักษะ การขาย & Execution at the store level
- เข้าใจธุรกิจ FMCG เป็นอย่างดี และมีความรู้, ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการขาย และ การตลาดเป็นอย่างดี
