Responsibilities
ดูแลรับผิดชอบงานด้านบรรจุภัณฑ์ :
• ร่วมกับ Supplier ในการออกแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์
• ประสานงานกับฝ่ายจัดซื้อ ให้ได้บรรจุภัณฑ์ตาม Spec. ที่กำหนด
• ควบคุมและจัดทำมาตรฐานของ Packaging ดังนี้
- Primary Packaging บรรจุภัณฑ์ที่สัมผัสกับผลิตภัณฑ์ ได้แก่ ขวด ฝา กระป๋อง
- Secondary Packing บรรจุภัณฑ์ ที่ไม่ได้สัมผัสกับผลิตภัณฑ์ ใช้ห่อหุ้ม เช่น กล่อง กระบะ ลัง
• ควบคุมดูแลคุณภาพวัตถุดิบที่จะนำมาทำบรรจุภัณฑ์ ให้ได้ตาม Spec. ที่กำหนด
• ตรวจสอบ วิเคราะห์ คุณสมบัติของบรรจุภัณฑ์ สินค้าของบริษัท ให้เป็นไปตาม Spec. ที่กำหนด
•
จัดทำมาตรฐานการบรรจุหีบห่อและการเรียงซ้อนของผลิตภัณฑ์แต่ละขนาดบรรจุภัณฑ์
ทดสอบคุณภาพบรรจุภัณฑ์ :
• ทำการทดสอบ
คุณภาพของบรรจุภัณฑ์ ใหม่ ๆ ก่อนการใช้งาน
• นำเสนอแผนงานตรวจสอบคุณภาพบรรจุภัณฑ์ New product
และจัดทำรายงานสรุปต่าง ๆ
ที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อนำเสนอต่อผู้บริหาร
ระบบคุณภาพ :
• สนับสนุนโรงงานต่างๆ ในการตรวจประเมินจาก Auditors จากระบบคุณภาพต่าง ๆ ด้าน Packaging
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์บรรจุภัณฑ์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ 5 ปี ในสายงาน F&B Packaging
- ความรู้ความเข้าใจในการจัดการระบบคุณภาพ GMP, HACCP และ ISO 22000 Food Safety
- ความเข้าใจในกระบวนการออกแบบหรือการผลิตบรรจุภัณฑ์
- ความสามารถในการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์และโปรแกรมพื้นฐาน เช่น Microsoft Word, Excel และ PowerPoint
