Responsibilities
• Own project end-to-end (concept → development → go-live)
• Gather and translate business & railway requirements into system features
• Manage product roadmap, backlog, and priorities
• Coordinate with developers, designers, and vendors
• Ensure on-time delivery, quality, and budget control
• Lead UAT, deployment, and system rollout
• Report progress, risks, and decisions to management
Qualifications
• 3-5 years experience in software project / product / digital platform
• Understanding of web/mobile apps, API, cloud systems
• Experience with Agile / Scrum / SDLC
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
Preferred
• Background as Product Owner / Project Manager / Business Analyst
• Knowledge of IoT, data analytics, or platform business models
