Operation Supervisor - TTF International Co., Ltd

• Coordinate with appointed contractors, including stand builders, electrical services, and freight forwarders.
• Provide comprehensive exhibitor services during both pre-show and onsite phases.
• Champion pre-function activities, such as exhibitor briefings for all shows.
• Prepare all necessary supporting documents for operations, including exhibitor manuals.
• Liaise with Exhibition Hall personnel, contractors, and suppliers as required.
• Produce master floor plans for shows.
• Develop exhibitor manuals for specific shows.
• Supervise and update exhibition regulations and exhibitor manual content to ensure accuracy.
• Compile and monitor operational reporting functions.
• Manage outsourced services and vendors.
• Coordinate and implement operational plans within allocated budget frameworks.
• Consolidate complimentary reports received from contractors.
• Manage floor plans, booths, and pavilions, coordinating closely with floor plan technicians.
• Interface with show teams to enhance customer experience.
• Perform additional duties as required, functioning as an integral part of the overall team effort.

• Bachelor's degree in any related field, MICE is a plus.
• 3-5 years working experience in coordinator or support role is preferably, Exhibition Operations experience is a plus.
• Verbal and written English at a moderate level.
