Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead construction workers and subcontractors on site
Coordinate daily tasks according to project plans and schedules
Ensure adherence to safety standards and company regulations
Monitor the use of materials and equipment
Solve problems that arise during construction work
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
Inspect work progress and ensure quality standards are met
Maintain site records and submit reports as required
Qualifications
Proven experience as a construction foreman or in a similar supervisory role
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and equipment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and understand construction drawings and blueprints
Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
Vocational or technical training in construction (preferred)
