Marketing Supervisor - LEDVANCE (THAILAND) CO., LTD.

• Manage and handle full spectrum of Marketing areas - online marketing, print and physical materials, promotion and events, sales visit/dealer meets

• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across online and offline channels

• Prepare and design artwork and promotional materials to support campaigns

• Manage, update and monitor online selling channels (e-commerce platforms, social media, etc.) as needed

• Plan, track, and execute promotional budgets effectively

• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement

• Coordinate with relevant vendors

• Survey markets to collect data and feedback

• Support cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

• Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant marketing experience; background in startups or SMEs is an advantage

• Proficiency in English skills (Chinese speaking is a plus)

• Have portfolio to present own graphic design e.g. poster, flyer, catalog, promotion campaign

• Strong skills of Microsoft Office Programs, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator), Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, AI tools or equivalent software for graphic design and content creation

• Practical experience with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and e-commerce channels

• Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong problem-solving abilities

• Excellent organizational and project management skills

• Be able to work independently and be a good at team player

• Be able to travel across the country with the Sales team from time to time
