Quality Control Officer - LEDVANCE (THAILAND) CO., LTD.

• Ensure batch shipments comply with local product registration standards, technical certificates, and specific batch codes.

• Perform routine functionality spot-checks on products (e.g., visual defects, basic physical testing, batch sampling) using standard testing guidelines.

• Identify, document, and segregate defective or non-compliant stock into designated quarantine zones. Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) to the procurement and supply chain teams.

• Maintain detailed, digital inspection logs, batch records, and photo documentation within internal tracking systems.

• Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to monitor storage conditions (e.g., moisture, stacking limits) that could impact product shelf life or safety.

• 1 to 3 years of proven experience in a Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or technical inbound inspection role within a warehouse or distribution environment.

• Professional working proficiency in English (both written and verbal)

• Experience with standard operating procedures (SOPs), handling imported electronic or manufactured goods, and product compliance certification frameworks.

• Comfortable using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP software, or digital data tools (e.g., AppSheet or tracking databases) to log inspection metrics.

• Familiarity with precision measurement or basic electrical/physical testing equipment if required by your product line.

• Attention to Detail, Exceptional precision in checking batch numbers, barcodes, and identifying micro-defects.

• Clear written and verbal communication to effectively log reports and coordinate with warehouse staff and supply chain teams regarding rejected cargo.

• Ability to work on the warehouse floor, stand for extended periods, and safely lift or unbox standard product packages for sampling.
