Responsibilities
As our Sales Supervisor (Wholesale) for Northeast Thailand, you will serve as the key company representative driving business growth in the Isan region. You will actively present and sell our products to wholesale clients, while seamlessly liaising with the broader sales and marketing teams to ensure strong brand presence and product adoption. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep knowledge of the Northeastern market to manage regional sales operations and build lasting B2B partnerships.
Regional Sales & Strategy
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the Northeast Thailand wholesale market to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Analyze regional sales data and market intelligence to identify emerging trends, competitor movements, and new business opportunities.
- Identify, pitch, and onboard new wholesale accounts and distributors across key northeastern provinces.
Client Management & Operations
- Provide comprehensive product training and information to clients, acting as the primary point of contact for the region.
- Maintain exceptional rapport and deliver top-tier customer service to maximize retention and loyalty.
- Professionally handle client complaints and resolve logistical or account issues swiftly.
- Oversee daily sales operations, manage schedules, and ensure the team performs assigned tasks efficiently.
Inventory & Reporting
- Monitor and update product inventory regularly in coordination with the logistics and inventory teams to prevent stockouts in the region.
- Prepare and present accurate weekly and monthly sales figures, forecasts, and performance reports to management.
- Execute other strategic tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
Qualifications
• Ability to travel frequently across the northeastern provinces.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field
