Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy the plant Lean Manufacturing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Facilitate cross-functional improvement projects and ensure sustainable implementation of best practices.
- Coach and train managers and employees in Lean principles and problem-solving methodologies.
- Monitor Lean KPIs, report performance, and promote a culture of operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Industrial Engineering Degree (master’s degree preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Proven experience leading Lean transformation projects in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and change management capabilities.
- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Good Command in English.
