Responsibilities
We are seeking a community-focused and proactive Community Enhancement Analyst, to support community engagement, stakeholder relations, CSR initiatives, public communication, and local relationship management activities.
The successful candidate will work closely with local communities, government agencies, and other external stakeholders. This role is suitable for a candidate with strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and experience in community development, CSR, public engagement, or stakeholder relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support community engagement activities with local communities, government agencies, and key stakeholders in assigned areas.
- Assist in reviewing proposed community programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor the implementation and progress of community development and CSR projects.
- Support the preparation of annual goals, KPIs, monitoring reports, evaluation reports, and community project updates.
- Collect, analyze, and prepare data and reports related to community projects and stakeholder activities.
- Monitor the effectiveness of community programs and recommend corrective or preventive actions where needed.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with local communities, government representatives, and relevant stakeholders.
- Support strategic planning for stakeholder engagement and community relationship management.
- Provide recommendations for expanding community and CSR initiatives in nearby areas.
- Handle sensitive communications with stakeholders in a respectful, professional, and culturally appropriate manner.
- Represent the organization at public events, meetings, or community activities when assigned.
- Monitor community project budgets, forecasts, spending, and utilization.
- Prepare regular budget and project utilization reports.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in community development, CSR, public communication, stakeholder engagement, social campaigns, government relations, or a related field.
- Good command of Thai.
- Fair command of English, both spoken and written.
- Experience working with local communities, government agencies, or public stakeholders will be an advantage.
