Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced SSHE Officer to support Safety, Security, Health, and Environment activities for a major Oil & Gas project. The role involves SSHE supervision, compliance monitoring, risk management, incident reporting, contractor coordination, and support for both office-based and offshore operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, maintain, and control all QHSE documentation in the SSHE CN system for all projects.
- Support operations related to Safety, Occupational Health, Environment, and Security to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company requirements.
- Record annual health examination results and monitor the schedule for the next health examination, including notifying the Human Resources (HR) Department of the due date.
- The Safety Department shall inform HR of the required health examination program, including any additional examinations based on job characteristics, where applicable, in accordance with client requirements.
- Supervise and control the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collect and record safety and environmental statistics.
- Prepare training records and monitor training completion for each project.
- Provide support to the QHSE Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety.
- Good command of spoken and listening English, with the ability to communicate effectively with foreign colleagues and clients.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a QHSE support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing documentation effectively.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Willing and able to travel to work sites across Thailand.
