Responsibilities

Recruitment Planning & Vacancy Coordination

  • Review approved manpower requests, job tickets, job descriptions, and recruitment requirements from hiring departments and project teams.
  • Clarify qualifications, experience, work location, rotation, salary range, start date, and client-specific requirements before recruitment begins.
  • Maintain updated vacancy trackers and recruitment action plans.
  • Prioritize urgent and project-critical positions with HR, Operations, Business Development, and Management.
  • Support recruitment for corporate, Songkhla-based, site-based, offshore, onshore, and international positions.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with approved budgets, procedures, job tickets, and client requirements.
  • Escalate unclear, conflicting, or unapproved requirements and provide regular vacancy updates to stakeholders.


Candidate Sourcing, Screening & Database Management

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, databases, universities, and other suitable channels.
  • Prepare and publish professional job advertisements based on approved requirements.
  • Screen candidates against education, experience, technical qualifications, certificates, availability, salary expectations, and location requirements.
  • Conduct initial telephone or online interviews and prepare candidate summaries for hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, including CVs, interview status, salary expectations, availability, and supporting documents.
  • Handle candidate information confidentially and in accordance with data protection and document-control requirements.
  • Build talent pools for frequently required oil and gas, engineering, QHSE, operations, and project-support roles.


Interview, Selection & Offer Coordination

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, technical interviewers, clients, and Management.
  • Prepare candidate documents, interview information, evaluation forms, and online meeting arrangements.
  • Follow up on interview feedback and ensure selection decisions are properly documented.
  • Conduct reference, employment-history, and document checks when required.
  • Coordinate salary discussions and prepare information for offer approval without making unauthorized commitments.
  • Support the preparation and issuance of approved offer letters.


Pre-employment & Onboarding Handover

  • Collect required identification, education, employment, certificate, medical, and supporting documents.
  • Coordinate background checks, medical examinations, training, and client-required documentation.
  • Provide complete candidate information to HR and Operations for contracts, onboarding, mobilization, and personnel administration.
  • Follow up on offer acceptance, notice period, resignation status, availability, and confirmed start date.
  • Ensure recruitment handover records are complete, accurate, traceable, and properly filed.
  • Support onboarding and first-day readiness when required.
  • Update records for candidates who decline, withdraw, or fail to join.


Recruitment Reporting, Compliance & Improvement

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on vacancies, sourcing, shortlists, interviews, offers, acceptance, joining status, and pending actions.
  • Track recruitment lead time, sourcing effectiveness, conversion rates, offer rejections, and candidate withdrawals.
  • Maintain recruitment approvals, interview evaluations, and candidate documents for audits and internal reviews.
  • Follow recruitment procedures, approval workflows, confidentiality requirements, and anti-discrimination principles.
  • Support job fairs, university coordination, networking, recruitment campaigns, and employer-branding activities.
  • Recommend improvements to recruitment tools, templates, databases, sourcing channels, and candidate communication.
  • Perform other recruitment and HR support duties assigned by Management.


Internal & External Coordination

  • Coordinate with HR, Operations, Business Development, QHSE, Finance, project teams, branch offices, and hiring managers.
  • Maintain professional and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Liaise with approved recruitment agencies, job portals, universities, and service providers.
  • Support recruitment requirements for Bangkok, Songkhla, Lankrabue, remote offices, project sites, and international assignments.
  • Escalate recruitment delays, candidate risks, salary misalignment, and documentation concerns.
  • Represent Audaxia Global professionally and maintain a service-minded approach with candidates and external parties.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, Communication, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR recruitment, or manpower sourcing.
  • Proven experience handling multiple vacancies and coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Experience recruiting technical, engineering, oil & gas, energy, project, operations, or manpower-service positions is strongly preferred.
  • Experience using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, recruitment databases, and referral networks.
  • Ability to screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, prepare candidate summaries, and coordinate interview processes.
  • Good written and spoken English and Thai communication skills (TOEIC 550 is preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain confidential candidate and employee information.
  • Able to work at the Audaxia Global Songkhla Office and coordinate with Bangkok and project teams.
  • Good organization, follow-up, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Service-minded, professional, detail-oriented, and able to work under recruitment deadlines.
  • Knowledge of basic Thai labour law and employment documentation is an advantage.
  • Ability to work with multicultural candidates and international stakeholders is an advantage.

Qualifications
