Responsibilities
- ออกแบบระบบท่อ (pipeline) สำหรับโครงการต่างๆ ตั้งแต่แนวคิดเบื้องต้นไปจนถึงการออกแบบรายละเอียด
- คัดเลือกวัสดุและอุปกรณ์สำหรับระบบท่อให้เหมาะสมกับข้อกำหนดทางเทคนิคและมาตรฐานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- วิเคราะห์และคำนวณทางวิศวกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบท่อ เช่น การวิเคราะห์ความเค้น (stress analysis) และการไหล
- จัดทำข้อกำหนดทางเทคนิค (specifications) รายการวัสดุ (MTO) และเอกสารประกอบการออกแบบ
- ตรวจสอบและอนุมัติเอกสารทางเทคนิคของผู้ผลิตและผู้รับเหมา
- ประสานงานกับทีมวิศวกรสาขาอื่น ๆ และผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียในโครงการ
- ให้คำปรึกษาและสนับสนุนทางเทคนิคระหว่างขั้นตอนการก่อสร้างและติดตั้ง
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการออกแบบและวิศวกรรมระบบท่อ 5-8 ปี
- มีความเข้าใจในมาตรฐานและรหัสการออกแบบระบบท่อ เช่น ASME B31.3, B31.4, B31.8
- ความสามารถในการใช้งานซอฟต์แวร์ออกแบบและวิเคราะห์ทางวิศวกรรม เช่น CAESAR II, AutoCAD
- ทักษะการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและการตัดสินใจทางเทคนิคที่ดีเยี่ยม
- ความสามารถในการสื่อสารและทำงานร่วมกับทีมได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมปิโตรเคมี น้ำมันและก๊าซ หรือสาธารณูปโภค จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ต้องเคยทำตำแหน่ง pipeline engineer มาเท่านั้น
