Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and equipment for R&D, prototype development, and technology deployment projects.
- Prepare and review mechanical drawings, 3D models, and related technical documentation
- Perform mechanical design calculations, tolerance analysis, and material selection
- Support the fabrication, assembly, installation, and modification of prototype equipment
- Plan and conduct mechanical testing to verify equipment performance and reliability
- Prepare test procedures, acceptance criteria, and technical reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in R&D, technology innovation, product design, or prototype development.
- 2-5 years of experience in mechanical design or product development
- Knowledge of Design for Manufacturability (DFM), Design for Testability (DFT), product validation, reliability assessment, failure investigation, or root cause analysis.
- Proficient in 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks, Inventor, Creo, AutoCAD, CATIA, or equivalent.
- Experience in mechanical testing, equipment validation, and data analysis
- Understanding of relevant engineering standards such as ASME, API, or ISO
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
