Senior Accounting and Finance Manager (Shared Service EV Car and Bike) - P80 GO CO., LTD.

Job Description:

• Oversee full-spectrum accounting & finance operations for both entities
• Ensure accurate monthly closing, consolidation, and financial statements
• Supervise GL, AP, AR, Inventory, Fixed Assets and Costing
• Control internal financial processes aligned with corporate governance
• Manage cash flow planning and working capital

• Prepare monthly management reports with business performance analysis
• Analyze revenue by model / dealer / fleet channel
• Monitor GP per unit and contribution margin
• Analyze factory production cost, BOM, overhead allocation
• Provide break-even analysis and pricing support
• Support decision-making with financial modeling and scenario analysis

• Control standard cost vs actual cost (Material / Labor / Overhead)
• Monitor production efficiency and cost variance
• Analyze inventory turnover & aging (Finished goods & spare parts)
• Work closely with production & supply chain team to optimize cost structure
• Evaluate investment in machinery / tooling / expansion

• Oversee VAT filing (Input / Output VAT reconciliation)
• Manage corporate income tax calculation and deferred tax
• Ensure BOI (if applicable) and automotive-related tax compliance
• Coordinate with external auditor and Revenue Department
• Monitor transfer pricing (if related-party transactions exist)

• Lead annual budgeting process for both office and factory
• Prepare rolling forecast & variance analysis
• Monitor CAPEX planning and ROI evaluation
• Provide sales forecast alignment with production planning

• Ensure standardization of finance processes across P80GO & P80JET
• Develop financial policies and SOP
• Implement ERP / accounting system improvements (if needed)
• Support internal audit & risk management process

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 10 Years+ of experience in Accounting & Finance
• 5 Years+ in managerial level
• CPD License is a must
• CPA License is preferable
• Strong background in full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and cash flow management
• Experience in automotive, EV, manufacturing or trading business is highly preferred
• Solid knowledge in costing
• Strong analytical skills in GP, margin, pricing, and financial modeling
• Knowledge of VAT, corporate tax, and compliance (BOI is a plus)
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• Leadership skills with ability to manage team and work cross-functionally
• Good command of English communication
