Responsibilities

1. Oversee and maintain factory utility systems, including electrical systems, HVAC, air compressors, water and wastewater treatment, nitrogen systems, and exhaust systems.

2. Develop and execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans for facility equipment and systems to minimize the risk of production line downtime.

3. Analyze and troubleshoot utility system issues to ensure rapid restoration of operations and system availability.

4. Supervise and monitor contractors and vendors performing work within the factory premises to ensure compliance with standards.

5. Prepare and manage facility-related documentation, such as maintenance records, inspection reports, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

6. Monitor and control factory energy consumption (electricity, water, and compressed air) to improve overall energy efficiency.

7. Support new machinery installations and production line modifications by preparing necessary utility hook-ups and infrastructure.

8. Support factory standard audits, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) audits.

9. Coordinate with internal departments, such as Production, Engineering, and EHS, to ensure smooth operational alignment.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

2. Experience in Facility Management or factory utility systems is highly preferred.

3. Strong knowledge of industrial utility systems, including Electrical systems, HVAC, Compressed Air, Nitrogen Generation, and Water/Wastewater Treatment systems.

4. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation proficiently.

5. Proficient in basic computer software, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.

6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on technical troubleshooting.

7. Effective communication and coordination skills for inter-departmental collaboration.

8. Ability to work under pressure and handle immediate on-site issues effectively.

9. Strong team player with a high sense of responsibility and accountability.

10. Proficiency in English or Chinese is a significant advantage and will be specially considered.
