Responsibilities
1. Analyze the production process to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
2. Design and implement systems to increase productivity and reduce waste.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve production workflows.
4. Study lead times and simulate processes to assess operational efficiency.
5. Develop and maintain standard process design documents and procedures.
6. Use statistics and data analysis to drive decision-making.
7. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend corrective actions as needed.
8. Train relevant staff in industrial engineering practices.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering.
2. 3-5 years of industrial engineering experience preferred.
3. Willingness to work overtime.
4. Good command in Chinese or English (Including listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
