Responsibilities
1. Analyze problems and identify solutions for development, correction, and prevention.
2. Familiar with SMT manufacturing process, ISO quality system knowledge, quality management tools such as QC techniques, SPC, etc.
3. Increase productivity and reduce production costs.
4. Oversee and manage the production process.
5. Research new technologies to improve production processes.
6. Proficient in using office software.
7. Share knowledge with the production line team
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronic Information, English, or Project Management is required.
2. Proficient in written and verbal English, with the ability to communicate fluently with European and American customers.
3. Must possess proven leadership skills and the ability to make firm decisions in a fast-paced environment.
4. Demonstrates a methodical and detail-oriented approach to troubleshooting and issue resolution.
5. Identifies high-impact methods and resources to streamline production and minimize overhead.
6. Able to analyze problems and find solutions for correction and prevention.
7. Experience in PE/QA/PQE/CQE roles in the electronics manufacturing industry will be given special consideration.
8. Proficient in using office software.
