Responsibilities
1. Analyze and optimize production line systems for efficiency and productivity.
2. Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment and systems.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues.
4. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
5. Utilize data analysis to monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements.
6. Prepare and maintain documentation related to system configurations and maintenance procedures.
7. Train production staff on equipment operation and maintenance best practices.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance production processes.
Qualifications
1. Diploma or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
3. Good understanding of warehouse procedures, inventory control, and safety standards.
4. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Good communication and coordination skills
8. Basic command of English (reading and writing).
