Responsibilities
1. Repair and maintain electronic circuit boards (PCBA) using tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and soldering irons.
2. Inspect, analyze, and troubleshoot circuit board defects by reading circuit diagrams, analyzing fail logs, and using test scripts.
3. Accurately and safely install and solder electronic components onto circuit boards.
4. Train Thai staff in technical skills to enhance job performance according to industry standards.
5. Coordinate with other departments to support smooth production processes.
6. Prepare reports on analysis and repair results for presentation or documentation.
7. Work in shift rotation and adapt to production requirements.
Qualifications
1. Associate degree or higher in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
2. Professional fluency in both Chinese and Thai (written and verbal) is required for technical instruction and reporting.
3. Proven ability to train and upskill technical teams; comfortable with public speaking and presentation.
4. Exceptional problem-solving skills with a logical, data-driven approach to troubleshooting.
5. Proficiency in reading circuit diagrams and a deep understanding of electronic components and manufacturing processes.
6. Flexibility to work in a 2-shift rotation system to meet production requirements
