Responsibilities
1. New graduted are welcome.
2. According to the server HW Spec, prepare test plans, assist TDE in developing test programs, verify the test programs released by TDE and import them into the production line for normal operation.
3. Optimize test procedures and improve test coverage; reduce test time and improve production efficiency.
4. Connect with fixture manufacturers, formulate test fixture SOW, review the manufacturer's fixture plan, follow up on fixture production, verification, and introduction status, and promote continuous optimization by manufacturers.
5. Responsible for technical communication with customers, statistical compilation of test yield status, and analysis and improvement of Top issues.
6. Maintain the stability of the test system and maintain the test fixtures.
Qualifications
1. College degree or higher in Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related Engineering discipline.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in test engineering, specifically focused on Boundary Scan (JTAG) or PCBA testing.
3. Relevant work experience 2 years and above, Candidates with relevant server BSI testing and maintenance experience are preferred.
4. Proficiency in computer operations and basic 2D/3D CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for fixture review. Familiarity with server hardware architecture and test program logic.
5. Competent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English for technical coordination and reporting.
6. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and improve test coverage.
7. Willingness to learn new things, have a growth mindset and be open-minded.
8. Able to work night shifts and overtime
9. Good command in Chinese or English (Including listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
