Responsibilities
1. Develop demand plans based on production work orders, sales orders, safety stock, SSD GR dates, and lead times.
2. Monitor PO delivery dates and vendor commitments, proactively managing potential shortages or delays.
3. Utilize SAP/ERP (MM/IM modules) and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas) for daily operations.
4. Process SSD reverse logistics activities including verifying returns and tracking repair or scrapping steps.
5. Coordinate with Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Logistics, and Sales for accurate material issuance and timely shipments.
Qualifications
1. Proficient in SAP/ERP (MM/IM modules) and Excel.
2. Solid understanding of demand planning and inventory management.
3. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills under pressure.
4. Strong cross-functional communication skills with proven ability to collaborate with various departments.
5. Must be fluent in both English and Chinese, with effective verbal and written communication in Chinese.
