Responsibilities

1. Logistics & Customs Coordination: Liaise with sea/air freight forwarders, customs authorities, and internal departments, including Booking and Warehouse teams.
2. Import-Export Documentation Management: Prepare and verify essential shipping documents, such as Draft Customs Entries, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and other required customs paperwork.
3. Process Control & Monitoring: Track shipment statuses, coordinate cargo clearance from Free Zones, and schedule goods collection/delivery.
4. General Administrative Support: Handle daily clerical tasks, provide on-site problem solving, and oversee the company’s internal customs-designated areas.
5. Reporting: Compile weekly summaries and performance reports to be presented to department supervisors.

Qualifications

  1. ***English or Chinese Communication Only***
  2.  Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  3. Proficient in English (Chinese language proficiency is a significant advantage).
  4. Previous experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or related industries is preferred.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  6. Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  7. Good personality with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  8. Excellent communication skills, both internal and external.
