Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Attend meetings between Chinese clients and Thai counterparts (law firms, accountants, customs brokers, government offices, etc.) to provide on-site interpretation and translation
- Support the consulting team in day-to-day communication with Chinese clients, including document handling, material exchange, and information relay
- Translate and summarise key points from Thai/English government notices, industry updates, and regulatory changes for internal team reference
- Maintain archives of Chinese client materials, manage translation versions, and keep delivery records
Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, International Business, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in translation, cross-border business coordination, or a related role preferred (outstanding fresh graduates will also be considered)
- Familiarity with standard business document formats and business etiquette
- Proficient in Mandarin Chinese — listening, speaking, reading, and writing
Note: The primary working language is Mandarin Chinese, with Thai and English as supporting languages. Candidates who can comfortably switch between all three languages in a fast-paced, multi-tasking cross-border business environment are strongly preferred.
