Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations (AR, AP, reconciliations, closing) across multiple companies
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, tax compliance (VAT, WHT), and statutory filings
- Act as main point of contact for external accountants and auditors
- Prepare monthly financial reports and provide insights to management
- Lead and manage the accounting team, setting priorities and ensuring timely execution
- Coach and develop team members, acting as the first point of contact
- Monitor performance through KPIs and structured follow-up
- Maintain and improve accounting processes, SOPs, and internal controls
- Ensure clear planning and structure across daily, weekly, and monthly activities
- Proactively communicate financial status, risks, and key developments to management
- Provide visibility on critical topics (e.g. year-end closing, compliance, major receivables)
- Enable management to step back from operational involvement through strong ownership
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA is a plus)Minimum 7–10 years of accounting experience, with at least 2–3 years in a senior or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Thai accounting standards, VAT, withholding tax, and statutory compliance
- Experience with accounting software
- Proven ability to lead and manage a small team
- Strong sense of ownership, structure, and attention to detail
- Proactive communicator, able to provide clear updates to management
- Ability to balance hands-on work with a managerial role
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, project-based environment
- Thai language required; English is an advantage
