Responsibilities
Greenhouse Systems & Automation:
- Design, install, and maintenance, Smart-farmer automation, and irrigation control systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing systems, both remotely and on-site
- Perform maintenance and optimization of installed systems at customer locations
- Support upgrades and improvements of existing greenhouse control systems
Sales Engineering & BOQ Preparation:
- Prepare technical proposals, system designs, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for sales projects
- Translate customer requirements into practical and cost-effective technical solutions
- Support the sales team with technical input, system configurations, and pricing structures
- Review project requirements and ensure technical feasibility before project execution
Engineering, Design & Project Execution:
- Develop electrical designs, panel layouts, and system schematics
- Prepare drawings and documentation for project execution
- Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and installation teams
- Support and supervise on-site installation and commissioning of sold systems
Continuous Improvement & Support:
- Improve internal engineering standards, documentation, and system designs
- Contribute to standardization of greenhouse and irrigation control solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related fiel
- 2–5 years of relevant experience (junior or mid-level depending on role)
- Experience with electrical design and drafting (e.g. AutoCAD or similar)
- Understanding of control systems and control panels
- Basic knowledge of automation systems is an advantage
- Hands-on mindset and willingness to work on-site when required
- Structured, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Problem-solving attitude with a practical approach
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Thai language required; English is an advantage
